Fire Relief IPA Humble Abode

This double dry-hopped WC IPA was brewed in collaboration with Humble Abode Brewing, Badass Backyard Brewing, Genus Brewing and Hat Trick Brewing! It’s a fantastic beer and proceeds are going to HOME Spokane to help those affected by the Spokane Complex fires! 6.3% Draft and cans to go.

[BANISHED] In The Pocket

A complex, barrel-aged imperial rustic saison from Crux Fermentation Project blending wild yeasts and red wine barrel aging. The blend is of a "young" portion featuring primary fermentation with Brettanomyces lambicus and Brettanomyces bruxellensis, while the "elder" portion is aged for 16 months in Northwest red wine barrels. This highly effervescent, dry, and funky ale with a crisp, woodsy bite offers prominent wild pear notes layered with delicate, oak, subtle white pepper, and vinous qualities from the red wine barrels. 9.1% ABV. Draft only.

The Sentinel

A mixed culture ale from Ferment Brewing that was first fermented with their own yeast strain isolated from the wild on Mt. Hood. It then spent the better part of a year in French Oak wine barrels where Brettanomyces developed. Finally, a charge of Doug Fir tips handpicked from the forest surrounding Hood River was added to create a mildly sour and wildly complex ale. This was kegged three years ago! 5.3% ABV. Draft only.
